 Stone production line process
Having past storage bin, chunks of stone are sent to the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. After coarse crushing, the stone is sent to impact crusher through belt conveyor for further crushing. And then the broken stone through conveyor again onto vibrating screen for separating. The processed stones are of several different specifications, and which meet the size requirements is sent to the finished pile. Those don’t meet the size requirements    will send back to impact crusher for crushing again, thus forming a closed circuit recycled many times. Tertiary rusher has a reasonable price. Therefore, it is often used as tertiary equipment and replaced impact crusher and sand making machine in stone production line.
